Let me ask you some questions that I really wish someone had asked me when I started out in Youth Ministry years ago.
Why do you work with young people? Why do you do what you do? Why do you run the program the way you do in your church or Organisation? As leaders we need to be able to answer these questions so that we can inspire other leaders we have in our teams to know exactly why we’re doing what we do.
This TED talk, “How great Leaders inspire action”, certainly inspired me a few years ago to answer these questions for myself in the work I was doing, and to understand why it’s so important to ask the question WHY?
