Understanding generational differences in our young people is so important for us to really know as Youth Leaders. What do they think about? What do they spend their time doing? What will their futures look like? “Generation Z – established 1995 – the dot com kids” are the young people that we are working with now, caring for and helping.
And then comes the “Alpha Generation – established 2010 – the screenagers”. An entirely new generation in a new millennium.
